Electric Actuated Cast Steel Flanged Globe Valve (Rising Stem)

This electric flanged globe valve combines a cast steel globe valve body with a multi-turn electric actuator for automated throttling, regulation, and isolation in process control systems. The plug-type disc moves vertically onto the seat, providing precise flow area adjustment and superior regulation compared to gate or ball valves. The rising stem provides clear visual position indication. The electric actuator drives the stem through a yoke nut, delivering repeatable positioning for both on-off and modulating duty.

The actuator is equipped with a manual handwheel for emergency operation during power loss, local/remote selector, torque and limit switches, and a position transmitter. It accepts 4-20 mA or digital control signals for integration into DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems. The weatherproof enclosure is suitable for outdoor installation. The valve body is cast WCB with raised-face flanged ends, 13Cr or Stellite-overlaid seating surfaces, and a backseat for live stem repacking. A cast-in flow arrow indicates installation direction.

Designed to ASME B16.34 / GB/T 12235 and tested per API 598. Body materials include WCB, WC6, WC9, CF8, and CF8M. Typical applications include power plants, steam systems, water treatment, chemical processing, and automated process piping.
