Forged Steel Trunnion Ball Valve (Flanged, Gear-Ready, Class 600)

This forged steel trunnion-mounted ball valve is built for high-pressure natural gas, oil, and process pipeline service. The three-piece forged A105 body provides uniform grain structure and heavy-wall integrity, while the trunnion-mounted ball directs line pressure into fixed upper and lower stems rather than the seats, delivering low operating torque and tight bidirectional shut-off at Class 600 ratings.

The valve is supplied with a worm-gear operator ready for handwheel or actuator mounting. Raised-face flanged ends are fitted with protective covers to preserve flange faces and seat cleanliness during storage and installation. Standard features include spring-loaded self-relieving seats, blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, seat grease injection, body drain and vent connections, lifting lugs, and an integral support skid. The yellow exterior coating is standard for gas transmission service.

Every valve is fully tested per API 598 and designed to API 6D / ASME B16.34, with flanges per ASME B16.5. Body materials include A105, LF2, F304, F316, and duplex. Seat options include RPTFE, Devlon, PEEK, and metal-to-metal. Fire-safe construction to API 607 and NACE MR0175 sour-service configuration are available on request.
