Pneumatic Actuated Cast Steel Trunnion Ball Valve (Flanged, with Manual Override)

This pneumatic trunnion ball valve provides automated on-off and modulating control for large-bore oil, gas, water, and process pipelines. The trunnion-mounted ball is supported on fixed upper and lower stems, so line pressure is absorbed by the body bearings rather than the seats, delivering low operating torque, long seat life, and tight bidirectional shut-off at DN250 and larger sizes.

The valve is fitted with a heavy-duty rack-and-pinion or scotch-yoke pneumatic actuator, supplied complete with a limit switch box for open/closed position feedback, solenoid valve for directional control, air filter-regulator with pressure gauge, and an electro-pneumatic positioner for modulating duty. A handwheel with declutch lever provides manual override during air supply failure. The cast WCB body features flanged ends, spring-loaded self-relieving seats, blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, grease injection, and drain/vent connections.

Every valve is fully tested per API 598 and designed to API 6D / ASME B16.34. Body materials include WCB, LCC, CF8, CF8M, and duplex. Seat options include RPTFE, Devlon, PEEK, and metal-to-metal. Fire-safe construction to API 607 and NACE MR0175 sour-service configuration are available on request.
