ANSI High-Pressure Swing Check Valve (Pressure Seal Bonnet, RTJ Flanged)

This ANSI-standard swing check valve automatically prevents reverse flow in high-pressure oil, gas, and process pipelines. A hinged disc swings open under forward flow and closes by gravity and reverse pressure, seating tightly against the seat ring. The full-bore flow path provides low pressure drop and minimal turbulence. The valve operates entirely automatically with no external power or actuator.

The valve features a cast WCB body with ring-type joint (RTJ) flanged ends for reliable metal gasket sealing at high pressure. The pressure seal bonnet design uses internal line pressure to tighten the body-to-cover joint, providing superior integrity at Class 900 to Class 2500 ratings. The disc and seat ring are 13Cr stainless steel or Stellite-overlaid for wear resistance. A lifting eye facilitates handling of large valves. A cast-in flow arrow indicates the required installation direction.

Designed to API 6D / ASME B16.34 and tested per API 598. Body materials include WCB, LCC, WC6, WC9, CF8, and CF8M. Lever-and-weight or dashpot options are available for water hammer control. Typical applications include compressor stations, pump discharge, wellhead manifolds, and high-pressure process piping.
