Electric Actuated Cast Steel Flanged Globe Valve (Rising Stem, Modulating)

This electric flanged globe valve combines a cast steel globe valve body with a multi-turn electric actuator for automated flow regulation, throttling, and isolation in process control systems. The plug-type disc travels vertically onto the seat, providing precise and repeatable flow area adjustment. The rising stem gives clear visual position indication, and the open yoke design keeps the stem threads outside the fluid zone for clean operation and easy lubrication.

The electric actuator features a red manual handwheel for emergency operation during power loss, local/remote selector switch, torque and limit switches, and a position indicator. It accepts 4-20 mA or digital control signals for integration into DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems, supporting both on-off and continuous modulating duty. The weatherproof enclosure is suitable for outdoor installation. The valve body is cast WCB with raised-face flanged ends, 13Cr or Stellite-overlaid seating surfaces, and a backseat for live stem repacking.

Designed to ASME B16.34 / GB/T 12235 and tested per API 598. Body materials include WCB, WC6, WC9, CF8, and CF8M. Typical applications include steam systems, power plants, water treatment, chemical processing, and automated process piping requiring precise flow control.
