Electric Actuated Cast Steel Flanged Gate Valve (Rising Stem, High Pressure)

This electric flanged gate valve combines a heavy-duty cast steel gate valve with a multi-turn electric actuator for automated isolation and remote control in high-pressure process systems. The wedge gate provides a full-bore, unobstructed flow path with minimal pressure drop when fully open. The rising stem provides clear visual position indication. The multi-turn electric actuator drives the gate through a yoke nut, delivering precise and repeatable open-close operation for large, high-pressure valves.

The actuator features a manual handwheel for emergency operation during power loss, local/remote selector switch, torque and limit switches, and position feedback. It accepts standard 4-20 mA or digital control signals for integration into SCADA and PLC systems. The weatherproof enclosure is suitable for outdoor installation. The valve body is cast WCB with raised-face or ring-type joint flanged ends, 13Cr or Stellite-overlaid seating surfaces, and a backseat for live stem repacking.

Designed to API 600 / ASME B16.34 and tested per API 598. Body materials include WCB, LCC, WC6, WC9, CF8, and CF8M. Typical applications include power plants, water treatment, oil and gas transmission, refineries, and automated process piping.
