GB Standard Cast Steel Flanged Gate Valve (Rising Stem, Handwheel Operated)
This GB-standard flanged gate valve is designed for full-open or full-closed isolation service in water, steam, oil, and general industrial piping. The wedge-shaped gate disc moves perpendicular to the flow direction, providing a straight-through, unobstructed bore with minimal pressure drop when fully open. The rising stem visually indicates valve position from the exposed stem length. A handwheel drives the non-rising/rising stem through a yoke nut for reliable operation.
The valve features a cast WCB carbon steel body, bolted bonnet, and flanged ends drilled to GB/T 9113 (equivalent PN10-PN100). The flexible or solid wedge disc ensures tight seating even under thermal expansion. Seat rings are available in 13Cr stainless steel, Stellite-overlaid, or welded for high-temperature service. Backseat design allows stem packing replacement under pressure. The valve is not intended for throttling, as partially open operation causes erosion and vibration.
Designed and tested per GB/T 12234 and GB/T 13927. Body materials include WCB, WC6, WC9, LCB, CF8, and CF8M. Gear operators are fitted on larger sizes; electric or pneumatic actuation is available for remote control.
