GB Standard Cast Steel Flanged Globe Valve (Rising Stem, Handwheel Operated)

This GB-standard flanged globe valve is designed for throttling and isolation service in high-pressure water, steam, oil, and process piping. The plug-type disc moves vertically onto the seat, changing the flow area gradually and providing excellent flow regulation compared to gate valves. The rising stem provides clear visual position indication. The streamlined S-pattern body directs flow smoothly through the valve, while the bolted bonnet allows easy access for maintenance.

The valve features a cast WCB carbon steel body, flanged ends drilled to GB/T 9113 (PN16-PN160), and a handwheel-driven yoke nut. Seat and disc seating surfaces are 13Cr stainless steel or Stellite-overlaid for wear resistance and tight shut-off. A backseat permits stem packing replacement under pressure. Globe valves are installed with flow direction from below the disc to above (low-in, high-out) and are suitable for frequent operation and throttling duty.

Designed and tested per GB/T 12235 and GB/T 13927. Body materials include WCB, WC6, WC9, LCB, CF8, and CF8M. Gear operators are fitted on large sizes or high-pressure classes. Electric or pneumatic actuation is available for automated control.
