Cast Steel Floating Ball Valve (Flanged, Lever Operated)

This cast steel floating ball valve is designed for general industrial on-off service in oil, gas, water, and chemical process piping. The ball is held between two resilient seats and floats slightly downstream under line pressure, pressing firmly against the downstream seat to achieve bubble-tight shut-off. The two-piece cast WCB body offers reliable mechanical performance and cost-effective operation for moderate pressure and temperature applications.

The valve features raised-face flanged ends, a blow-out proof stem, and an anti-static device. A lever handle provides simple quarter-turn operation with open/closed position indication. The ISO 5211 mounting pad allows easy conversion to electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators without body modification. PTFE or RPTFE seats provide low-torque sealing across a wide range of media.

Every valve is fully tested per API 598, including shell, low-pressure seat, and high-pressure seat tests. Designed to API 608 and ASME B16.34. Fire-safe configuration to API 607 and NACE MR0175 sour-service materials are available on request.
