Triple-Offset Flanged Butterfly Valve (Metal-Seated, Worm-Gear Operated)

This triple-offset butterfly valve is designed for high-performance shut-off and throttling in high-temperature, high-pressure, and abrasive service. The three offsets (shaft eccentricity, disc eccentricity, and seat cone angle) ensure that the disc contacts the seat only at the final moment of closing, eliminating sliding friction, reducing wear, and enabling repeated bubble-tight metal-to-metal sealing with low operating torque.

The flanged body provides robust mounting and easy installation between pipeline flanges. The metal seat and sealing ring are constructed from laminated stainless steel and graphite or hardfaced with Stellite, offering fire-safe performance and long service life in steam, thermal oil, flue gas, and high-temperature process lines. The worm-gear operator with handwheel delivers high reduction ratio and precise quarter-turn control.

The valve is designed to API 609 Category B and ASME B16.34, with flanged ends per ASME B16.5 / EN 1092. Electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation can be fitted via an ISO 5211 mounting interface. Typical applications include power generation, refining, petrochemical, district heating, and industrial furnace systems.
