Forged Steel Trunnion Ball Valve (Flanged, Integral Support Skid)

This forged steel trunnion ball valve is machined from heavy forged bar stock, offering superior strength and uniform material properties for high-pressure process and pipeline service. The trunnion-mounted ball design fixes the sphere on upper and lower stems, so operating torque is low and seat life is extended even under high line pressures. The valve provides reliable bidirectional shut-off and double-block-and-bleed capability for critical applications.

The one-piece forged body eliminates casting defects and provides heavy wall section integrity. Ring-type joint (RTJ) flange ends ensure metal-to-metal sealing at high pressures. A worm-gear operator with blue handwheel delivers smooth quarter-turn control with high reduction ratio. An integral steel skid base supports the valve weight and reduces piping stress. A nameplate is mounted on the body for clear identification of size, pressure rating, material, and serial number.

Standard features include a blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, spring-loaded seats, and cavity relief. The valve is fully tested per API 598 and designed to API 6D / ASME B16.34. Body materials include A105, F11, F22, F304, F316, and duplex. Seat options include RPTFE, Devlon, PEEK, and metal-to-metal. Fire-safe (API 607) and NACE MR0175 sour-service options are available.
