Forged Steel Floating Ball Valve (Flanged, Lever Operated)

This forged steel floating ball valve is designed for general industrial, oil, gas, and chemical process service where compact size and reliable shut-off are required. The ball is held between two soft seats and floats slightly downstream under line pressure, pressing against the downstream seat to achieve tight, bubble-tight sealing. The forged body construction provides superior strength and uniform material properties compared to cast alternatives.

The valve features a two-piece or three-piece forged body design with flange ends. A blow-out proof stem and anti-static device are standard. The lever handle provides simple quarter-turn operation. The body is machined from solid forged bar stock, offering excellent pressure integrity and resistance to fatigue.

This valve is suitable for medium sizes and moderate to high pressure classes. It can be configured with socket-weld, threaded, or butt-weld ends on request. Seat options include PTFE, RPTFE, and Devlon for a wide range of media and temperatures. The valve is fully tested per API 598 and designed to API 608 / ASME B16.34.
