Two-Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve (Threaded Ends, Lever Operated)
This two-piece ball valve is the most widely used general-purpose valve for small-bore industrial piping. The body consists of two sections bolted together, providing a compact and economical design with reliable sealing. The floating ball is held between two PTFE seats and presses against the downstream seat under line pressure, delivering bubble-tight shut-off with low operating torque.
The valve features NPT or BSP threaded ends for simple installation in threaded piping systems. A lever handle provides quick quarter-turn operation with open/closed position indication. Standard features include a blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, and adjustable stem packing. The ISO 5211 mounting pad allows easy conversion to electric or pneumatic actuators.
Class 1000 WOG pressure rating covers most general industrial, water, oil, gas, and compressed air applications. The all-stainless-steel body offers excellent corrosion resistance for chemical, food and beverage, water treatment, and marine service. Also available in WCB carbon steel. Socket-weld and butt-weld ends are available on request.
