One-Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve (Threaded Ends, Lever Operated)
This one-piece ball valve, also known as the Guangdong type, features a single-piece body with no body joint, providing the most compact and economical ball valve design for general industrial service. The reduced number of sealing points minimizes potential leak paths. The floating ball is held between two PTFE seats and presses against the downstream seat under line pressure, delivering reliable bubble-tight shut-off with minimal operating torque.
The valve features NPT or BSP threaded ends for fast installation in small-bore piping. A lever handle provides simple quarter-turn operation with open/closed position indication. The one-piece body is investment-cast or machined from stainless steel bar stock, offering good corrosion resistance for water, oil, gas, compressed air, and mild chemical service.
This valve is widely used in plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, light industrial, and OEM equipment applications where a simple, compact, and cost-effective shut-off valve is required. Available in 304 (CF8) or 316 (CF8M) stainless steel. Pressure rating up to Class 1000 WOG depending on size.
