Three-Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valve (Butt-Weld Ends, Lever Operated)
This three-piece ball valve is constructed from three body sections (left end, center body, right end) clamped together with through-bolts, allowing the center body and internal trim to be removed for maintenance without disconnecting the valve from the pipeline. The all-stainless-steel body provides excellent corrosion resistance for chemical, food, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and general industrial service.
The valve features a floating ball design with PTFE seats for bubble-tight shut-off and low operating torque. Butt-weld ends provide a permanent, leak-free connection to welded piping systems. A lever handle offers simple quarter-turn operation with open/closed position indication. The blow-out proof stem and anti-static device meet standard safety requirements. An ISO 5211 mounting pad allows easy actuator conversion.
Class 800 WOG pressure rating makes this valve suitable for high-pressure general service. Available in socket-weld, threaded (NPT/BSP), or flanged ends on request. Body materials include CF8 (304), CF8M (316), and WCB. Seat options include PTFE, RPTFE, and PEEK for elevated temperatures.
