Pneumatic Ash Unloading Ball Valve (Wear-Resistant, Flanged Ends)

This ash unloading ball valve is purpose-built for pneumatic conveying and dust collection systems handling fly ash, cement, powder, and other abrasive dry bulk materials. The valve is fitted with a robust pneumatic piston actuator for fast, automatic on-off operation, with a side-mounted handwheel for manual override during maintenance or loss of air supply.

The valve body features wear-resistant internals to withstand abrasive ash and powder service. The ball and seats are hardened or lined to resist particle erosion, extending service life in demanding dust-handling applications. Flanged ends provide reliable connection to conveying piping. A bottom drain outlet allows complete cavity purging and prevents material buildup inside the valve body.

The pneumatic actuator delivers fast quarter-turn operation and high torque for reliable shut-off against pressure. Limit switches and position feedback are available for remote monitoring and PLC integration. The valve is widely used in electrostatic precipitators, bag filters, fly ash silos, cement plants, and pneumatic conveying systems.
