Top-Entry Ball Valve (Flanged Ends, Worm-Gear Operated)

This top-entry ball valve features a one-piece body with all internal trim (ball, seats, stem) accessible through a single top bonnet opening. The design allows complete in-line maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline, significantly reducing downtime and labor costs. With only one body-to-bonnet pressure boundary joint, the valve offers fewer external leak paths than side-entry or split-body designs, making it ideal for critical, hazardous, and welded-pipeline service.

The trunnion-mounted ball design provides low operating torque and reliable bidirectional shut-off under high line pressure. Spring-loaded self-relieving seats, blow-out proof stem, and anti-static device are standard. The worm-gear operator with handwheel delivers smooth quarter-turn control and can be replaced with electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation. Flanged ends per ASME B16.5 provide standard installation.

The valve is fully tested per API 598 and designed to API 6D / API 608 and ASME B16.34. Body materials include WCB, LCC, CF8, CF8M, and duplex. Seat options include PTFE, RPTFE, Devlon, PEEK, and metal-to-metal. Fire-safe (API 607) and NACE MR0175 sour-service configurations are available on request.
